Audi considers Russia as a good market for muscle cars and sends RS6 sedan to the 2008 Moscow Auto Show. The German auto maker thinks this executive strong auto is exactly what the Russian customers need.
The show opens tomorrow, on August, 28 and will be held till September, 1. The mass media which arrived to make the show reviews has already shown much interest to the muscle car. After the debut in Moscow, RS6 is going to the 2008 Paris Auto Show in October.
The sales of the car will start in Germany at $155,000. Soon after this the auto will become available to the Russian customers.
The new Audi sedan has twin-turbo 5.0-liter V10 engine, which makes it as strong as 572 horses and the torque of the auto is 479 pound-feet. The designers decided to provide the car with the six-speed automatic transmission and the all-wheel drive.
Although the car is widely advertised and has big popularity among European customers, the German auto maker does not have any plans to sell the muscle car in North America.
