2009 Shanghai Auto Show will be held later this month. It is not a major show in China, but it plans to host a few interesting concepts. For example, Chang’an Auto brings a concept sedan, Roewe N1 and an unusually looking crossover, Chana E301.

This Chinese manufacturer is a partner of Ford and Suzuki, but the abovementioned concepts are created by Chang’an designers. N1 has not been shown much; only its teaser sketches are wandering on the Internet till the Show will present the real auto. N1 is going to be a new MG6 sibling which is also going to be at the exhibition.

A little more details are known about Chana E301. First of all nobody says the car will ever become a production model. So far it is a design study project. The two-door crossover has gull-wing doors and uniquely shaped rear. Chinese media supposes Chana is electrically powered.
