The car manufacturers are preparing themselves for 2008 Moscow Auto Show in August, 26. Mazda decided to present there the new Kazamai concept crossover and has already shown the pictures of it.
The name of the concept, Kazamai, means "swirling crosswinds." It is a sporty vehicles and a part of Mazda technology project called “Sustainable Zoom-Zoom”.The crossover has low CO2 emission, very high fuel efficiency and impressive driving dynamics.
Kazamai has flowing design and lightweight body, which make the impression of a flight when the auto runs. It is equipped with the new generation direct injection engine, unique transmission and four-wheel-drive power train. The company has not revealed the secret of the horsepower of this flying car yet.
Moscow Auto Show was chosen for the presentation of the crossover because of the high popularity of the SUVs in Russia.
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has requested a recall of roof-mounted kits for Mazda and Subaru vehicles from aftermarket supplier Thule.
2009 Shanghai Auto Show will be held later this month. It is not a major show in China, but it plans to host a few interesting concepts.
An interesting concept is offered by GM at the 2009 New York Auto Show. The manufacturer has developed an electrically powered two-seat urban mobility pod together with Segway.
As a rule we hear first news about new concepts 2-4 years before they come out as a real project. We know about 2010 models being in full development, 2011-2012 cars coming to the customers as soon as the final tests get done, but what about 2049 car?
The 2008 Bologna Auto Show starts on December 3 and the Japanese manufacturer plans to present the redesigned hatchback 2010 Mazda 3.
