Australia Holden Special Vehicles is launching a new line of sedans: E2 sport. The main model is GTS which is styled in a unique way and priced high: around $70,075.
The new E2 sport sedan has LS3 V8 power plant which outputs 436 horsepower. It features specific front and rear styling with hood scoops. The manufacturer also equipped it with high-flow intermediate exhaust with bi-modal muffler, electronic stability control, launch control on manual transmission models, four-piston front and rear brakes, daytime running lights, recalibrated performance suspension and 20-inch wheels.
The lineup consists of five models. Besides GTS sedan there are also Maloo R8 Ute (starts from $54,470), ClubSport R8 (priced at $57,080), Senator Signature (at $71,785), and WM Grande (costs $76,075). The prices of these sedans are not much higher than the previous HSV models. All of the new cars are claimed to be up 4.5% in fuel efficiency.
