Pope Benedict is going to visit United States and meet people in Washington D.C. and New York. His bulletproof Mercedes-Benz ML430 SUV has already been delivered to America.

This vehicle has been specially designed for Pope’s purposes. It has a special bulletproof capsule, where the Pope can stand and observe the people and wave to them. It is transparent, so that both he and the crowds can see each other. The SUV also has steps and a handrail to help Pope to get inside.
