An unusual looking car was presented at the New-York Auto Show today by Scion. It was designed by a Tokyo team and represents a toy-like flat roof boxy vehicle. In general, if you associated Hako Coupe with a person, the first thought to hit your mind would be, it looks like a military officer.

The creators of Hako Coupe Concept are definitely square lovers. Front and back lights, large upper grill, door handles and the whole top of the car are as rectangular as they can be. Seems like, if they put square wheels on this car, we would observe a vehicle unique in every shape. Probably for the match to the wheels the designers added round fog lights and the exhaust hole parallel to them on the back.

The panoramic roof which allows you to enjoy the sun or watch the sky not leaving the car is one of the latest inventions too. Somebody might consider a convertible as a better idea for that, but they should consider rain time or the strong wind which is not a thing everybody enjoys.

On the inside of the Hako Coupe a person feels like he is going to take part in video game racing. The steering wheel is equipped with a trackball which allows to set the radio and work with other features on the instrumental panel. The shifter reminds a joystick from a playstation.

Hako Coupe Concept is an interesting futuristic vehicle which might get popularity among young people.
