Ford Motor Company presented a new package on the New York Auto Show this year. They have a program supporting breast cancer education and the new Warrior in Pink package is going to help with this.
For the last 14 years Ford gave $95 million to Susan C. Komen and now they plan to double their contribution. The Warrior in Pink package was designed for those who are ready to help people suffering from breast cancer and everybody who wants to support breast cancer treatments.
The package is available on Mustang V-6 and includes a unique grille, pink tape striping, a pink ribbon, a pony fender badge, a steering wheel with pink stitching, charcoal leather seats and floor mats with pink stitching. These special Mustangs will be made in 3 colors: black, silver and white.
Only 1,000 vehicles with the special package are going to be sold this year. They are coupes and convertibles. Mustang is America’s #1 convertible seller and also every second sport car sold in America is a Mustang. 2009 model Mustang Warriors in Pink will be available through dealerships this summer.
Though there are several auto shows which take place in summer, we already start finding out about the fall events.
