100,000th Land Rover is Russian off
TO RUSSIA with love - Halewood workers have celebrated producing their 100,000th Freelander 2 car which is now on its way to Siberia.
Plant boss Thomas Klein joined staff on the production line as the milestone Land Rover motor rolled off the line.
The achievement follows Freelander 2’s first full year of sales since it went into production at the Knowsley plant.
