Infiniti To Capitalise On GT-R Platform?

According to an article in January's issue of CAR magazine, Nissan's prestige brand Infiniti may be considering developing their own high-performance supercar using the R35 GT-R's PM platform.

While there are currently no concrete plans to initiate a platform-sharing arrangement between the two brands, Nissan's global design chief Shiro Nakamura has hinted that an Infiniti-branded development of the GT-R's Premium Midship platform and twin-turbo V6 may become a reality.
